Folk Singer The Tallest Man on Earth releases a new EP titled 'Sometimes the Blues is Just a Passing Bird'. All Bob Dylan references aside, this guy is evolving as an artist into his own. Always a perfect fix for some sweet heavenly folk. 'The Dreamer' which has him going electric is definitely one of my favourites. Not quite as dramatic as when Dylan went electric but still interesting. I give the album a bunch of stars or two thumbs or whatever we do here.
