A Bit On Tracy Morgan

Over the past couple days I've been hooked on Tracy Morgan; the guy is addicting to watch. His sense of humor is very original and it is sometimes difficult to figure out if he is being truthful. If you check out some of his interviews on late night shows you will see that he never answers questions with a real answer and always has a "ghetto" aspect to all of his answers. His routine is flawless. There are even interviews where people have commented that he is drunk(which he admits he has a problem), but still, he steals the show and stays in character. I've never really seen many of his movies because most of the reviews have bombed or they just looked pretty stupid i.e Super Hero Movie, Are We There Yet?, Little Man... yeah I think you get the idea. But everything in between is comedic gold. If you haven't seen his SNL Best Of, you best be on that, because it is one of my fav's, hands down. If you check out the special features, you will find his audition which shows a much overweight Morgan (I personally thought it was funnier because the whole time he was out of breath, but he still had a straight face). But then again, some of the greatest comedians were/are overweight.
Although Ive never really followed 30 Rock, I hear his character is basically himself on the show. But what I think he really needs is his own kick ass movie, starring him and written by him, kinda like how Chris Farley has his Tommy Boy, Adam Sandler has his Billy Madison, Jim Carrey has his Ace Ventura, and Norm McDonald has his Dirty Work. You know what I mean, something you could watch, over and over, and be like "fuck yeah, this guy is a legend." So lets hope Tracy pulls through, but in the mean time, here's a video that someone made from a really shitty movie he was in (except for his parts), in which they cut all of his scenes into one video.
