The Real Slim Shade

On June 22nd Eminem will release his follow up album to Relapse entitled Recovery. Much anticipation has surrounded his new album considering Relapse flopped with quality control and billboard charts. His new track Not Afraid has made the charts and featured all over radio stations and TV. But if you were to search for his new track, you best be careful how you do it. There seems to be an imitator floating about the music scene. His name is Slim Shade, and his new EP is called Recovery as well. OH! Also, his title track is also called Not Afraid. Catch the pattern? Yeah, so I tried to figure out, why would someone completely copy Eminem in such an obvious way? Considering Slim Shade released his EP a couple of weeks before Eminem's album drops, im guessing his plan was to catch the people who were looking for advanced copies, or publicity I guess.
